As of now this is simply a list of domains that are registered and for which the Google Apps service is activated. Google Apps free email accounts that can be used with one's own domain. The email service is essentially fully featured Gmail service. The highlights are: over 6GB (and counting) of disk quota, unrestricted email forwarding (forward all 0r forward with filters - now and forever), free POP and IMAP access. As far as I know there is no other serious service provider in the world that offers such a set of features for free (and doesn't even append its advertisements to your emails).

The *.co.cc domains are provided by a free service from Co.cc . As Co.cc is a private company one can never be sure if the service stays alive "forever". Nevertheless, since offering this kind of service doesn't cost nearly anything nowadays it is quite possible that the *.co.cc domains can be expected to be functional for a long time, and without out-of-pocket costs.
